Bespoke

A bespoke dress is a conversation that becomes a garment. Here is what it looks like, from first meeting to the day of.

  1. The first meeting

We meet - in person or on video - to understand the dress you are imagining, the venue, the feeling. No obligation. This conversation always comes first.

  2. Sketches & fabric

A small set of hand sketches and fabric proposals. Together we narrow to one direction.

  3. The toile

A muslin mock-up, cut and fitted to your body, so we can see the shape before cutting the final cloth.

  4. Construction

The gown is cut, sewn, and finished by hand in the atelier. Two to three fittings follow.

  5. Delivery

Final fitting, pressed, packed, and delivered - with care instructions, a garment bag, and a small alterations window before the day.
